The Moto series have been fairing well for quite sometime and now with Lenovo owning Motorola and giving a clear confirmation that there is not going to be an end to the Moto series it is reported that Motorola owned Lonovo might launch the third generation Moto X soon in India. This comes after the upcoming Moto X3 made its appearance on import and export tracker website Zauba.com. It was in January when Lenovo had announced that Motorola smartphones to be sold under ‘Moto by Lenovo’ branding and if the news of Moto X3 release is true, then the Moto X3 might be the first phone that will feature the new Moto by Lenovo branding. The specifications of the device remains unknown but the Zauba listing revealed that the Moto X3 will be a single sim smartphone with a 5-inch display. As of now only these details are known and it is also expected that the cost will be around Rs.6,812, raising suspicion that this might be a bridge between the successful Moto series and the Moto E series. It is to be noted that the Lenovo and Moto series have been performing very well in the Indian online market with Lenovo adjudged the clear winner for 2015 as its models A6000 and the K3 note clearly overtook all other models closely followed by the Moto series. Now with both the brands in Lenovo’s hands its a clear grand run for Lenovo as the Moto X3 is expected to continue the legacy of the Moto Series.
